Founding Principal and President

 

Sherry, a Certified Financial Planner and Registered Investment Principal, began her practice in 1985, specializing in solutions for high-net-worth individuals and families. After training with Cigna, she worked with Rothchild & Sale and launched Delo Advisors in 1996. Sherry works with clients all over the country looking for smart solutions to their unique financial planning situations. She has developed proprietary programs for divorced women and for young people just beginning their financial planning. Sherry is a recipient of numerous awards, most recently the winner of the Steven Coffey Award, which honors individuals who conduct business with a focus on personal relationships and a core commitment to integrity.

 

She’s a graduate of Drury University and began her career as head of employee communications for Sun Oil Company in Philadelphia. Sherry sits on the financial boards for the Family Resource Center and the National Conference for Community and Justice. She’s a member of the St. Louis Financial Planning Association, the Estate Planning Council and Junior League. She lives in St. Louis, Missouri, and is married to Jack Delo, with whom she has two daughters.

Christine Hanover Guyott, a licensed securities representative, joined Delo Advisors in the spring of 2006. Christine is the voice of Delo Advisors and is in charge of customer service, research and compliance. She is a graduate of Wright State University.

Martha Carlson, a recent accounting graduate of Drury University, joined Delo Advisors in 2008. Also a licensed securities representative, Martha is responsible for the firm’s investment performance reports and for the financials that accompany plans done for clients.
